Once you sign up for eStatements, an email message will be sent the day your statement is online. To view or print your statement, simply log in to Firstbank eBanking and click “Statements.”

A: You will receive your eStatements the same way you receive your paper statements in the mail. For example, if your statements are combined for mailing purposes, the online statement also will be combined.

A: Log in to your Firstbank eBanking account and we will guide you from there. You also can sign up by calling either a branch near you or our Customer Service Center at (800) 453-8700.
Q: How will I know when my eStatements are available?
A: Each time one of your statements is produced, you will receive an email notice telling you that your statement is available. As soon as you receive the email, you can log in to your account to access and view the statement.

A: Let us know immediately, or log in to your eBanking account and update your email address under “Options.”
Q: Where do I find my eStatements in eBanking?
A: After you log in to your account, click on “Statements” to find them. Also, if your checking and savings account statements are combined for mailing purposes, you will find your savings statement under your checking account.
Q: How long will my eStatements be available?
A: You can view your current statements anytime after the statement date. All of your statements will be archived for 12 months.
Q: Can I view my checks if necessary?
A: Images of your transactions, including your checks, are always available on eBanking under “Transactions.”
Q: Can I save my eStatements?
A: Yes, you can save the statements on your computer, print them, or save them to a disk. For your convenience, 12 months of your eStatements will be archived on our system.
Q: Can I stop my eStatements and go back to paper statements?
