As part of Firstbank's commitment to our communities, we often have guests come through and learn about the bank and the importance of saving money. Earlier this spring, we had just such a visit from the local Tiger Scout troop who enjoyed a tour of our Firstbank Lakeview office. They were able to learn all about the internal working of the bank and had some fun along the way! Our very own Sue Brockschmidt gave the boys of tour of the bank and some Fortune Freddy goodies to take home and remember their visit. Thanks for stopping by to see us and come back again soon!

For her effort she was awarded $50 and her essay will be forwarded to the National Competition! Pictured here are Bob Klimczak, Branch Manager of the Canadian Lakes office, and Karen McKenzie, Branch Manager from the Remus office awarding Brooke with her $50 prize. Great job Brooke and good luck at Nationals!!

The Village of Howard City sponsors a snowman decorating contest during their annual Winterfest celebration. This year due to the lack of snow, participants were forced to get creative and use cardboard cut outs and other materials to decorate other favorite winter characters. This is Firstbank’s Petrie the Penguin who took home 2nd place! Way to go Petrie!
